Chapel inside the funeral home:

Capacity: 124 seating spaces

Max 200 (estimate) inside the chapel

100+ people can stand in the covered parkway outside the chapel

(2 speakers are also located outside so people in the outside can hear/follow the ceremony conducted inside the chapel)

Audio:

1 mic at the podium

1 wireless mic

1 wired mic for musician/choir

Speakers:

4 speakers inside the Chapel

2 speakers outside

2 larger LCD TV screen inside

DVD player to play DVD continuously

III- Resurrection Cemetery:

Direction:

I was told that the escort service will decide on Saturday which route to take from the Church to the Cemetery (depending on the traffic condition of that day) We just need to follow them.

IV- Miscellanous:

Weather forecast for Friday and Saturday is 47-56 F with potential showers throughout the day. So be prepared and dress accordingly.

Reception team: you may have to get several umbrellas to escort guests from parking spaces into the chapel on Friday afternoon/evening.

We need to follow the weather forecast carefully in the next few days. In case of rain on Saturday, we may have to have several canopies at the cemetery site.

V- My comments:

Audio visuals equipments at the Funeral Home and at the Church are adequate. I do not think we need to bring extra equipments.

Dr Cau will have a DVD about Thay Bao to run continuously from 4pm to 6pm on Friday.

We only need audio equipments at the cemetery. Dr Nghi and I will take care of that.
